Field Trip Class

Field Trip Class

What Your Life Looks Like Now

  • You and your dog’s skills are getting pretty good.  In the house, he obeys commands so well, he acts like he could compete in one of those obedience shows on Animal Planet.
  • When you take him on a walk, however, you can’t seem to remember the things we’ve been teaching in class because your brain is consumed with issues such as your dog’s embarrassing lunging, pulling, grabbing stuff off the ground, chasing squirrels, peeing on everything that doesn’t move….    You’re excited about “falling back” into Standard Time so that you can walk your dog by cover of darkness.

What We’re Going To Do To Fix Everything

  • We’ll meet in a small group and take you on a guided walking tour.
  • We’ll look at the struggles you’re facing and offer solutions.  Dogs don’t generalize as quickly as you would like them to, so taking them on multiple walks in different locations will help them learn that they have to respond to commands no mater where they are.  Always.
  • We may even take the leash and show you a cool trick or two so that your walks look like a thing of beauty instead of a walk of shame.
