First and foremost we want to thank ALL our students for their patience and understanding while the KSDT team works through the unforeseen/unfortunate issues that occurred during the rollout of our new Student Portal.
In order to make sure we continue to provide the highest level of service to our students, we’ve made the decision to revert back to our old student portal for now. This will allow us to fix any and all issues on our end so your accounts are accurate, and payments are able to be made easily!
Since we’re moving back to the old system, there will be the need for another password reset. (NOT your favorite thing. We know and we’re sorry. 🙏🏻).
In order to gain access to your account, please find the “Forgot Password” button on the lower right portion of your screen. It should look similar to the image attached below.
Once you click on ‘Forgot Password’, you will be met with a screen where you will be able to enter your email address that is tied to your account.
Then, enter your email and click ‘Submit’. It will take you back to the login page where you first started, but there will be a green box at the top of the screen that says, “Check your email to reset password”, once it has been successfully submitted.
The email should then be sent to your main inbox so you are able to change the password.

We’ll manually reset your password for you. Also, due to mail provider security settings, it may have ended up in your spam, trash, or promotions folder so we recommended checking there as well.
